His background includes traditional residential appraisal work, complex property analysis, FHA assignments, review assignments, field reviews, and institutional collateral risk analysis. Michael also spent 13 years in an internal valuation/review role with Wells Fargo, where his work included residential appraisal review, revision analysis, collateral risk assessment, USPAP/FIRREA compliance, and support for underwriting, credit, risk, and audit partners.
